Hi dr i have had my nose piercing since 15 days now and removed my first medical ring after one week coz it was sinking in my nose then i replaced it with a neem stem but it happened that i removed it so many times un intentionally it has not got anybledding and i was cleaning it daily twice with salin solution and then mineral water and applying antibacterial cream from inside and outside (fusibact )given by a doctor but today morning i found lots of pus ,yellow discharge outside and inside my nose so idid the same cleaning routine again but dont know the reason for this discharge and there is since i had my piercing a small bump red thats not healing like swelling so what should i do shall i change the neem stem or what shall i apply to it plz help
