General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I reviewed your query and here is advise.
I Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (Gn-RH) agonists. Medications called Gn-RH agonists (Lupron, Synarel, others) treat fibroids by blocking the production of estrogen and progesterone, putting you into a temporary postmenopausal state.
They dont eliminate fibrinoyds but may shrink them.
if you are near menopause can let them and monitor them in time.
If they dont shrink you can undergo surgery.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
