General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Enlarged prostate management depends upon the symptoms, reports are supportive only. Selective alpha-blockers are the best line of management. Raised PSA has two line of handling options as
1 Keep regular observation with 3 months evaluation.
2 Get prostate biopsy for confirmation of the histological condition inside
the prostate.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
