How Can An Enlarged Heart With Left Sided Discomfort Be Treated?

Sometimes I feel a little discomfort on the left side of my chest when I get angry, excited or really stressed and nervous. To be exact its the upper left right. I'm a 42 year old male and I was diagnosed with a slightly enlarged heart about 6 months ago. My cardiologist did a stress test and said its nothing to be worried about. My cholesterol is a litle high so now I;m taking simvastatin. I'm physiclly active-I work out with weights, swim ,spin class 3 times a week and watch what I eat.
