General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the hole present may be fistula around the anus and must be addressed to your consultant surgeon, as there is no hole in the fissure case.

* Along with plenty of liquids, high fibre diet, laxatives, sitz bath will support great.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
