How Can Allergic Rhinitis Be Tretaed?

I can't get to pharmacy. I have a headcold driving me nuts.My eyes & nose are irritated like allegry attack. Kleenex rubbing me raw. runny, watery constant nose dripping. I took aleve late this afternoon (5ish? PDT). I'd like to take some asprin now. The only meds I have on hand are cetirizine. Suggestions please.

I am of the opinion that you should Have Nasal saline containing oxymetazoline or phenylephrine.. i. e. Origin as brand name. 2 drops in each nostril 3-5 times a day for a week. Take Tab Montair-LC ( monte lukas plus levocetrizine) at bed time. you will get relieved. Steam inhalation will also help.
