How Can Adult Acne And Freckles On The Face Be Treated?

I have been suffering from adult acne (never had it as a teen,) since my early 30 s, and I am now 38. My last dermatologist had me applying Retin A, but it has not solved the patchiness of the scars on my cheeks (which are still somewhat clogged). I pay over $100 every 5 weeks for a lactic acid (gentle) facial, including extractions from my face- cheeks and nose mostly. I have typically dry to normal skin, and use the best cleansers and moisturizers I can find. The new dermatologist prescribed something called Triluma.... The issue is I have freckles and don t want to bleach my face, I just want it to stop being so congested; I constantly have little bumps and blockheads that are very annoying. Any advice?

Advice for acne
1.     Apply locally Clindoxyl gel (clindamycin + benzyl peroxide) at bed time for a month
2.     Doxycycline daily per oral for 30 days. If you are pregnant then do not use doxycycline
3.     Use Acne aid soap three time daily for cleaning your face
4.     Do not squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring
5.     Keep pimples untouched
6.     Try to avoid use of unbranded cosmetics unnecessarily
7.     Avoid mental stress as it aggravates acne
Advice for facial spots:
Bleaching has short term effect. In long term it damages skin causing dull look of skin. So avoid repeated bleaching.
You can use following creams after total clearance of acne:
1.     Retinoic acid cream
2.     Alovera based cream
How to use??
Mix equal amount of these two creams on your palm, mix well, apply very gently on your face at bed time. Do not rub while applying and apply a very thin layer (small amount). Remember; mix only whilst ready to apply. Store both creams separately.
Retinoic acid makes you skin sensitive to sunlight. So use Spectraban sensitive sunscreen cream before exposure to sunlight. You can use other over the counter sunscreen with Sun Protection Factor (SPF) more than 30 available in the market.
You can use above creams for 6 months.
Try to avoid soap for washing your face. Use only oil based face washes.
