Hi, I am 30years Old and I have started masturbation from 15 years but from last one month I do masturbation daily and from last 10days I m suffering from full back pain means upper, lower and middle back pain. And muscle also fully tighten. Can you please help me regarding this and also please help to stop this masturbation also
