Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Do not get panic. A cancer doesn't have such a short history at first. You seem to have severe acute sinusitis with ear block. I would advice you to use decongestants and a course of antibiotics. Use of antihistaminics will also help the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
