I have had very painful...err...bathroom experiences in the last several days. I started out taking fiber, but tried stool softeners yesterday. Neither have worked, of course I know I only took the stool softeners once...just want to know what I need to take before I cause myself more discomfort. I literally want diarrhea. Will a laxative make me need to go, or make it easier to go? I am going regularly, but it is painful. I have been sick a lot since Christmas; starting with flu, then strep throat, then a stomach bug, so could this be a result of the general unhealthiness and medications for such a long time?? I'm just ready to be completely over all this sickness. I'm miserable.
