General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-

1)Take medication as per your treating doctor and complete it's course.

2)Discuss with your treating doctor about [pantoprazole] for heartburn and hiccups.

3)Fill a glass with cold water and try to drink water by bending your head from opposite side of glass until hiccups stops.

To prevent it in future do not take any pain killers and if needed then take with pantoprazole and washing your hands with soap and water and by eating foods that have been cooked completely.

Hope that helps
