avoid stress ,avoid heavy meals ,avoid coffee and take rantidine

detailed answer

acid reflux is one of the most common cases we see every day in our clinic...some times the patient take medications with no relief because he ignores the most important step ..it is life style and food habits and stress...you should avoid heavy fatty meals, spicy food, coffee ,tea as it worse the reflux also stress must be avoided ..you can take rantidine twice daily and preferd to take it away from food time

hope that helps
