How Can Abdominal Pain And Ovarian Cysts Be Treated?

I am having server abdominal pain, I ve had ovarian cysts pass before but this pain is carrying to my rectum. I can barely walk it feels like something is pulling my uterus down, not sure if I m just passing an ovarian cyst and just let it pass or if I should go to the ER..

Yes, you should definitely go to emergency room.
Since you are having ovarian cyst, possibility of torsion (twist) ovarian cyst is more likely.
Torsion ovarian cyst can cause sudden onset extreme abdominal pain.
So immediately consult doctor and get done ultrasound and CT scan of abdomen to confirm this.
Of torsion is confirmed then you should get done surgical removal of cyst immediately.
