Hello,

The folded gallbladder is a congenital anomaly. It may be asymptomatic.

Abdominal obesity may be due to insulin resistance or due to genetically mediated or hormonal imbalance like hypothyroidism or Cushing's syndrome or diabetes etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please consult your endocrinologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
