How Can Abdominal Fat Be Reduced?
Sygerinr operation for delivery,after delivery my tummy increased,if my daughter age is 9, my second delivery after 9 years,my second daughter age is 1 and half,my tummy increased more than 1st delivery,my weight is 53,height 5.1,I have 33 years,how can reduce my tummy,please suggest any medicine or creams

no medicine or creams work..you have to do work out.. do abdomen crunches daily 3 sets and go for a jog or walk daily and do dieting..
