Hi, Thanks for using Healthcaremagic. I have gone through your question.
Bloating is very common in pregnancy especially during early stages and cause serious discomfort to mother, But it cause no harm to mother or fetus. To control bloating you should do some simple lifestyle modifications. Avoid spicy food and carbonated drinks. You should also avoid coffee, citrus fruits as these food may trigger heart burn and worsen your symptoms.
Eat frequent but smaller meals, that means have six small instead of three larger ones as it may decrease the chance of reflex and improve your symptoms.
Consume fiber rich food as it act as a laxative and also prevent heartburn. Drink lot of water and use light clothing. Do not use laxative or antacid without consulting your doctor as some of these drugs may have serious adverse effect on fetus.
Try to relax and be happy. Wishing you good health.
With regards. Dr.Shinas Hussain
