How Can Abdominal Bloating And Incomplete Bladder Voiding Be Taken Care Of?

My wife is experiencing a bloating condition and feels that her abdomen is going to fall off. Maybe full bladder and gets the feeling of something is going to fall off when she stands up. Feels better when laying down. She is able to urinate but not fully. Do I need to take her to ER.
