Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do a clinical examination by your Doctor [gastroenterologist] and to confirm you need few investigations like [Colonoscopy, stool RE/ME and CT scan]

2)Try to avoid high gas foods like carbonated beverages, vegetables especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower and raw fruits.

3)Discuss with your dietitian to make a diet plan by eliminating [FODMAP diet]

4)Do take a fiber supplement or discuss with your Doctor about prescription medication like [polyethylene glycol, dicyclomine, rifaximin]along with probiotics.

5)Try to reduce stress by doing meditation and deep breathing exercises.

Hope that helps
