How Can A Wound In The Vagina Be Treated?

I had sex this morning without a Condom and my period is due in a couple days, the guy pulled out. He also ate me out and I think he accidentally bit me because I have a very small cut and the dry skin of the cut hurts when I pull it. I m scared and I don t know what to do !
