How Can A Vaginal Tear Be Treated?

I HAVE A PATIENT WHO EXPERIENCED A TEAR IN HER LABIUM MINORA AT THE TIME OF HER VAGINAL DELIVERY I ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR IT AT THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY BUT THE TISSUE DID NOT REAPPROXIMATE ITSELF CORRECTLY. SHE HAS A NOTCH LIKE SPACE AND REQUESTING A FURTHER REPAIR WHICH WOULD INVOLVE REMOVAL OF THE NOTCH AND A DIFFERENCE IN APPEARANCE OF THE LABIUM MINORA OF THE OPPOSITE SIDE
