Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain a skin tag under the tongue can be an inflamed mucosa fold known as
Plica Fimbriata which is a normal anatomical structure and can get inflamed with trauma, oral infections and burning with hot foods or chemical substances..
In case if it is not plica fimbriata a skin tag can be a torn mucosa under the tongue and caused by some hard food or some other trauma..
I would suggest you to apply a numbing gel containing Choline Salicylate or Lignocaine.
You can also apply a
steroid oral paste to reduce inflammation.
You can take antiinflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
Cold compresses can help..
Avoid hot, spicy and hard foods to prevent irritation.
Drink plenty of cold water..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
