Hi, yeah my dad gotspoked by a thorn bush it is puffed up and swollen it had a puss head and won't go to a doctor Iim really worried he pinched and its been about three days its red swollen hot to touch and going up his arm you can even see a vain tracing up the arm thats swollen

Your dad's skin has been infected and pus has accumulated. I would suggest you to report to nearby hospital because pus needs to be drained by giving a small nick. If not treated in time then it will progress and cause more problem. Meanwhile for pain he can take acetaminophen & keep wound clean. Do not touch with dirty hands.
