Hello,

You need to do:

1. Take rest for few days.
2. Apply ice or cold compressions.
3. Use compression: An elastic compression wrap will help decrease swelling and should be worn for the first 24 to 36 hours.
4. Elevation of the limb to decrease edema.
5. Use painkiller drugs like Diclofenac or Aceclo-MR AC twice a day for five days.

If still symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
