How Can A Spinal Cord Disease Be Treated?

my son was aged 11 and he is affected by backbone and spinal cord disease and he can not stand alone and stay at seat.when he was born there was a mother bare two children and one that who is this child stay without sacking.And i think he is affected the backbone is going to bend forward and the front ribs are also bending.Please I am poor and have not money to treat him and in sorrow. help me by advise and by any means.
