How can a spider bite infection on the forearm be treated?

I was bitten by a spider on Friday at work, I unfortunately I don’t know what type of spider , it has caused swelling and blisters on my forearm, it started turning black and went to the emergency room where they gave me a TTA 0,5ml injection and have prescribed me augmaxcil 625 and fucidin ointment S4 it started with a red line going under my armpit but somehow today I see two, I have a swollen gland under my armpit and a burning feeling and tight skin , when I apply the fucidin it goes red and the blisters are smaller now but there are more what should I do .

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, you have already taken treatment for spider bite. Swollen gland may due to bite. Kindly continue medications and watch for symptoms of breathlessness, body rash, intense itching. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
