How Can A Sleep Disorder Caused By Stress Be Treated?

Hi, I recently moved out of my parents house, Im 18. I got a new job that is very stressful and a lot of people rely on me. I feel very stressed to the point I cant sleep. and if I do fall asleep I wake up every half hour, due to small noise, or nightmares. I do not feel depressed, I feel scared, anxious, tired, and nauses. I travel every 2 weeks with the job I have and cannot be going back and forth to a doctors clinic! please help

You are also having nightmares.

For this problem, drugs like clonazepam (prescription drug) work well.

This help you to relieve stress and anxiety and help in sleep.

Also,
Avoid daytime naps.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
