How Can A Skin Infection Be Treated?

I have been infested with some sort of TINY white/clear bugs some smaller then a grain of salt. They range in size and leave needlepoint Red bites (TINY). Very hard to see with the naked eye but nothing has rid them. They’ve infested everything my car room Clothes etc. they don’t die I don’t know what they are even! It’s been two months and it’s Just getting worse. I feel like I have 2-3 different kinds of parasites attacking me. They get worse at night and they’re really fast as reproducing. I’ve never had lice even but tried lice treatments which didn’t help. These things are all in my hair eyes brown eyelashes around my mouth (just by feeling them crawl) I see little white specs too. I use tape and link rollers to pull them off but I cannot get any relief. I bathe with epsom salt baking soda tee tree oil hydrogen peroxide Borox etc nothing has worked. And when I bathe and wash my hair they attack me! They bite everywhere and it hurts . I thought I was going crazy but I definitely am not. My primary doc gave me oral ivermectin which I’m on my second dos, first dos did nothing last week.. I also have the permethrin cream 5%. Im about to use that but when I put it on my body they attack my ears nose eyes face and head .. if I rid my body how do I prevent and cure my face and hair? Do I shower before using cream? I really need help. Please ... also what kind of doctor treats this type of issue even!? I don’t think it’s scabies from what I’ve read. I’ve never expirienced or even heard of such a torturous reluctant parasite infestation. It’s making me crazy I havnt slept as they are most active at night . I’m 26 female and a single mother of a 3 yr old. We share the same environment yet she is not being infested nearly as bad as me. Only some occasional bites and itches . She does have a few white dots in her hair once in awhile, none like mine tho...and it’s not normal lice at all. These things are tiny almost microscopic like a grain of Salt most r even smaller. ! Any idea what this is, or how to get treated? I really need help I can’t express this enough. Urgent care said see a doctor, my doctor said get a referral, ER treated me like I had aids or some plague. But offered no help. Others think I’m “crazy” ...yes it does sound crazy even to me but this is insanely real. :(
