How Can A Single Thyroid Nodule Be Treated?

hello dr im female of about 27 years old with a single nodule inthyroid of 5.7 mm in diameter and normal tft and non uniform distribution of radiotracer in both lobes :hypofunctioning nodule in the right lobe i mean non toxic noduler goiter ,please tell me what can i do ? as treatment ? and im suffering from weight loss my weight now is 45 kgand height of 155 cm?

For a thyroid nodule hypofunctionant of that dimensions the recomandations are :follow-up of the nodule caracteristics with thyroid ultrasound every 3-6months.Even the thyroid test are important to understand if the nodule is starting to secrete thyroid hormons.
