How Can A Rash On The Inner Thigh Be Treated?

Hello, I am experiencing a very strange sort of rash on the inside of my left thigh near my groin area. At first I thought it was only chaffing but last night I noticed that my skin has started to create very small bubbles in a cluster and it has started to spread. What could this be?

* Most likely dermatitis through some bacterial or viral skin infection.
* Primary guidelines

- Care of the local part with cleansing via the antiseptic liquid.
- Apply aloe vera gel or turmeric past for best results.
- Prescription of antihistamine, antibiotic, antifungal and steroid medications as per the clinician concern.
- Keep the blood sugar under control.
- Avoid tight clothes.
