How Can A Pus Filled Sore On The Inner Thigh Be Treated?

i have a sore on my inner thigh and its been bleeding and it started pussing not too long ago. ive been cleaning it with water so its not as bad but i dont want to go to the doctors? is there a way i can heal it alone? this also happens alot and they go away on their own but idk what to do

They are due to infections of your hair follicles. Make sure you clean properly during bath. Do not wait use soiled clothes or inner wear more than once. Wash them with dettol. If the swelling increases in size and become painful, please go and see a surgeon.
