How Can A Pulsing Sound In The Right Ear Be Treated?

I have been hearing a pulsing sound in my right ear...I have tried everything and I go to clean my ears again and it s like a dark reddish brown color? Should I be concerned? Is it tinnitus? Or am I overreacting? If I m overreacting what can I do to get rid of the pulsing sound in my right ear?

Infertility Specialist 's  Response
Hi, I think you should consult a ENT Specialist. It can be due to some ear infection. It needs to be evaluated. You may need some antibiotics.
