Hello dear Understand your concern There is no way to induce abortion by yourself naturally. You can do abortion by using MTP kit under the advice of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan. Do not use abortion pill at home as it cause serious complication and chance of failure of abortion that require surgery to cure. By procedure, mifepristone 600 mg should be taken orally on first day, after 48 hour misoprostol 800 ug should be put high in the vagina by gynecologist to induce abortion. Some time extra dose may be given if no induce bleeding occur. Bleeding with clots and tissue appear after 30-45 minutes and last for 5-6 days. Confirmation of retain products should be done by USG scan after 14 days. Rest for 48 hour, analgesic, healthy diet with iron supplements and proper pelvic hygiene should be maintained to prevent infections. Use safe sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancies in future.
