How Can A Painful Pilonidal Cyst Be Treated?

I ve had a pilonidial cyst for a little over a year I first realized I had it when it swelled up to the point that I couldn t move without being in extreme pain and it actually started to burst on its own and went to the ER they diagnosed me cleaned it out told me it would heal and sent me home . Fast forward to now it s puffed up a little bit and the sinuses below it are leaking pus and blood do I worry about it or just cleaning up and let it heal on its own ?
