How Can A Painful Helix Lump Be Treated?

Hi a couple of years ago I had my helix pierced and a year later I started developing this lump on my helix. I v realised that this lump has turned into a tumer and it grows biggger every time and it is about a size of a nut now and am also experiencing sever pain. Please help me, what can I do to stop it from growing bigger than it already is?are there any surguries I can do to get it removed?

Welcome in HCM.

I understand your concern and it appears as you are having either keloid or perichondritis on pinna of ear. Since it is painful it means there is infection going on so it will be better to give some conservative treatment followed by surgery by expert hand of plastic surgeon for excellent result.
