How Can A Medical Abortion S Completion Be Confirmed?

My wife means not happen.she means on 30sep.but she did not means on 30 Oct. And I check the pregence stick it s show the pregence. And I give her mifegest kit to her. One 1st tab Saturday nite 2nd two tab sunday nite. Not not still bleeding.plz suggest what to do.

Abortion completion can be confirmed by doing ultrasound scan and measuring endometrial thickness. Sometimes it is possible that the pregnancy gets aborted without any significant bleeding. So don't worry just go for a check USG scan.
