How Can A Medical Abortion Be Completed?

M pragnant. But dr said its not healthy pragnancy . As sac doesn't form. And bHCG counts are extremely low. she gave arthotec 2+2+2 for 3 days but nothing expel . Now she recommend st-mom 3+3 for 3 days. It's second day but no progress..
Kindly guide and suggest me.

You didn't mention the details of your parity and your present gestational age. Usually medical termination is effective till 7 to 8 weeks of pregnancy. More than that surgical procedure may be needed for termination of pregnancy. As you have already taken six tablets better to get examined and if there is cervical dilation the process of abortion can be completed by dilation and evacuation. Because as you have already taken 6 tablets taking 6 more tablets may affect the uterus especially if it is a post cesarean uterus or in multi gravida.
