How Can A Lump Between The Breasts Be Tested For Cancer?

How likely is it that a firm, oval, fibrous lump BETWEEN the breasts is cancerous? I shave this area frequently and sometimes a painful lump will develop and go away but now there is a nonpainful lump that feels fixed to my sternum and maybe to the skin as well and it seems to change size (go from small to bigger to smaller again). What could it be? I’m 26

dear you need to get a mammography along with USG guided core biopsy which will confirm whether you have a cancerous growth or not.
Looking into the site and the clinical symptoms most probably it may be non-cancerous but it is better to get evaluated than be in a dilemma.
