General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the size of the abscess is increasing, it has to be drained. Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound-guided drain insertion to remove the pus.

Diet has got not that much role, but it is better to avoid alcohol and fatty foods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
