How Can A Hydrocele Be Treated?

i have a hydrocele about the size of a mango , and trying to sit and watch the tv is a nightmare.but my biggest problem is i cannot make it in the bedroom no more,does not matter what i do i cannot come to a conclusion. what would you recommend. yours sincerely james shellis.

You have a problem which Can lead psychological effectsl that affects sexual life, if I interpreted it correctly.
Hydicoel is surgical problem and you need to remove it.
It is not that deficult procedure to be reserved. You must consult Urologist and get it removed.
Because it must be causing compression on the ducts and also psychological burden is preventing you to complete your procedure. So it needs to be surgically removed.
