General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Hematoma is a harmless condition caused by collection of blood under the skin. You don't need to worry regarding this because highly effective treatment is available and chances for complication is extremely rare.

Since the size of your swelling is small, you can opt for surgical aspiration probably under ultrasound guidance.
For pain you can take simple analgesics like ibuprofen or diclofenac.
Consult a general surgeon and he will explain various treatment options.

Thanks
