Hello, thanku for the question. Hemorrhoid are are swellings containing enlarged blood vessels found inside or around the bottom of anus. most commonly they occur due irregular food habits, due to intake of spicy foods, inadequate intake of water, and inadequate amount of fiber in the food. which leads to constipation and pressure can cause the blood vessels in your back passage to become swollen and inflamed.

so best thing to reduce is take good amount of green leafy vegetables, sufficient amount of water, and fiber in your diet. if the hemorrhoids does not resolve after following this , u please consult your general physician or general surgeon for examination. Thank you.
