How Can A Fungal Infection In The Toenail Be Treated?

Apparently I wore shoes that are too small. My big toe on one foot realized a narrow bruise line under the nail bed, no pain. The other big toe turned opaque white, is lifting and oozing from underneath. Is this just a bruising effect or a fungal infection? How to treat it?

So follow these steps for faster recovery from fungal toe nail infection.
1. Wash your foot thoroughly with warm water 5-6 times a day.
2. Wear loose footwear.
3. Avoid perspiration and moisture in foot.
4. Wear only cotton socks.
5. Take fluconazole tablet once a day for 3 months.
6. Apply ketoconazole cream on toes.
