How Can A Cut On The Bottom Of The Foot Be Treated?

i have a cut on the heal of my footi have tried different ointments and creams and nothing seems to work.i have tried,mupirocin,iodosorb, santyl alginate,and now am using hydrofera blue,i go for wound care once a week at the clinic and my daughter changes the bandage every other day ,since feb. and its still not better.what can i do?

Hi, sorry to hear about it.
Firstly I would like to ask if you are diabetic? If your blood sugar levels are high, these kind of wounds/cuts take longer than usual time to heal.
If you are non- diabetic then regular dressing of the wound using hydrogen peroxide, betadine or mupirocin oint will only help, but yes it takes long time and also depends how big the cut is.
