How Can A Coronary Artery Disease Be Treated?

I have an 80 % blockage and another total blockage leading to my heart and have been referred to have a by pass. but I wonder if a stent could be just as useful .II am 72 and in good health , never had a heart attack and wonder if I should have the procedure. I have pain in the chest and left arm when I climb stairs or eat fatty food.

Double vessel disease unless the main LAD is involved can be managed with stent and if LAD is involved surgery is main treatment.
