Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist, Dr. Omair's Response
Hello,
Do you have fever? any body aches? Difficulty in breathing? Associated chest pain? If yes, then it needs to be investigated, otherwise it seems to be a usual rhinitis which is common around this year. Please take Tab Claritin once a day, Sinex nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day, Steam inhalation with Vicks and warm saline gargles twice a day for 7 days (whole treatment). This will help get rid of phlegm, relive your other symptoms and also avoid any other further complications. If symptoms persists, then please visit your local ENT doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Omair Choudhry, Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist
