General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The swollen lymph nodes are related to an infection.
So,I would suggest you to do a complete blood count and a physical examination to confirm the infection.
Treatment depends on the results of the examinations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
I find this answer helpful
