How Can A Chemical Burn In The Throat Of A Toddler Be Treated?

My 2. Years son drunk the mortein electric mosiquto refill liquid . i dnt knw how much but the surely the little amount may be 1 sip or he spit out that one sip or took it in. He has badly damaged mouth throat . no other signs of damages i want to know if he supposed to b done with little amout does he should advise for antinode? Does dr give him antinode or not. Signs aftwr 24 hrs are damage mouth and purple black lip.
