How Can A Cauliflower Ear Be Treated?

Hello I have a question regarding my cauliflower ear. I have seen a ear specialist and had it drained 2 times already. But it keeps coming back. It s getting irritating because it doesn t seem to get smaller. Also my doctor doesn t use a needle with a saringe but numbs my ear then puts a small insision and drains it then wraps it up. Why doesn t he use a needle and saringe? Also how many treatments does it take. He explained that it s sort of like a blister. That after it s cut the blood keeps leaking in and after every treatment the hole or cut where the blood weep in keeps getting smaller and smaller. But why has my ear look to come back to the same size of cauliflower ear. It doesn t seem to get smaller after each treatment ??? Any information or questions i should ask him or suggestions? Thanks

You can opt for a reconstruction surgery for best results.
