How Can A Burn Wound On The Leg Be Treated?

I went on a motorcycle for the first time and my leg (inside lower calf) touched the extremely hot pipe. My skin immediately blistered (about 3 inches by 2 inches). The blister broke on its own but now my skin is raw. I have been in a pool and the blister skin that covered the wound is gone due to time in the water. How do I treat this burn? I am diabetic so I want to be extra careful.
