How Can A Boil On The Eyelid Post A Cataract Surgery Be Treated?
My mom had cataract surgery earlier this year. She has returned several times to ophthalmologist who performed procedure for followup care. The eyelid has since developed what looks to be a boil. Is this common? What is the medical term for this condition?

it is to be locally examined by eye doctor. it can be st ye or blepharitis can be calazion. it is not common but can be there as usual. it is to be diagnosed and treatment can berecomanded after diagnosis which can be small surgical procedure like epilation or incision and scooping of co taint. medical term is according to problem.the term need to be known to doctor treating the condition.
